whats the best way to get the photos taken on an iphone onto your computer?
Picasa works awesome and doesn't use the same method as iphoto to bloat your computer with extra photos...you have complete control of all the pictures and their destinations and the import function works easily with the iphone. Also it doesn't let you import duplicates and it imports into dated folders...in other words amazing.

Abstract Experiment taken with the iPhone 4; no post manipulation, photoshopping or photo apps were involved what-so-ever. This is exactly how it was shot.

If it would have been vertical I think I would have made it wallpaper...cool shot!

Thanks! Though I shouldn't reveal my secret, my highly technical and complex method of creating this shot was... I shot the iPhone 4 through a thick, double-walled plastic drinking cup! :p

If you're on a PC, you can just connect your iPhone and it should show up in Explorer as a regular drive. Drag & drop. :)

For some reason, sometimes all of the pics won't appear on the "drive;" it was like a month before a video I shot at the end of June actually appeared in Explorer when I connected the phone. It was really getting frustrating.
