I have the world's best iBook G4! Even running Leopard, it's very fast... compared to my old iBook G3, with Tiger. My G4 opens every app way faster, and had a 60 GB HD. Here are my specs...
Apple iBook G4 14 inch (Mid 2005)
PowerPC G4 1.33 Ghz processor
784 MB of RAM
Mac OS X 10.5.8
60 GB HD
iLife 08/ Office 08
The specs don't add up .....
-The 14" from 2005 has 1.42GHz (1.33 for the 12")
-The slightly older 14" (late 2004) has 1.33GHz
-This older model also has only 256MB soldered onto the mobo, while it's 512 for the 2005 model (now one might add a 256 DIMM to that in the single slot, but the other way round, 2004 model with 256 + 512MB DIMM sounds more likely).
Easiest way to check:
Go to system profiler.
PowerBook6,7 + 1.42GHz -> top 14"
PowerBook6,5 + 1.33GHz -> one revision older 14"
PowerBook6,7 + 1.33GHz -> top 12"
Other differences:
PowerBook6,7 features a Radeon9550 and the multitouch-USB-trackpad (as found in the last PowerBooks), while 6,5 (an older) has a Radeon9200 and the simple ADB-trackpad.

The Green iMac G3 (Turned sideways In pic) i found along the road the Plastic inside that holds the CRT is broken and the Hard Drive is messed up but it still powers up when i tryed it last in October. Almost all the iMac G3's in the pic have new Flyback Transformer's. The only 2 that do not is the indigo and the green one i found. But the indigo works just fine it looks like it had a easy life

My main portable is an 867 MHz 12" PowerBook G4...
That looks nice and clean, almost minty. So many of the ones I see on eBay look like they were dragged behind a mule train.![]()
