That's what it looks like here in Vantaa, Finland. Red numbers are the temperatures in Celsius. su=sunday, ma=monday, ti=tuesday, ke=wednesday, to=thursday...

Cloudy, VERY windy (had 3 local blackouts today, due to trees falling on the power lines . Seems like the worst of the winds is gone now, though) and slightly chilly. The finnish spring time at it's best...

Cooling down now coming into winter, so nice to be wearing jeans and jumpers again.

Would post the weather widget but it's horribly inaccurate for Australia, it's 12.8°C here right now at 10am on Easter Sunday.

Here in Virginia Beach, it was 80'F three days ago and snowing this morning. It's crazy!

It's supposed to be below freezing tonight, except if the area catches on fire. The National Weather Service is sending emails like mad today....

Well... at least the fire will melt the the snow. Or maybe the snow will put out the fire. ;)

It's cold in NC too. Three days ago it was around 85 out... there were snow flurries last night and tonight it's supposed to get down close to 20.

Hmm... after the warmest March ever in most of Norway, we woke up to snow here in Bergen this morning, which is relatively unusual.... :(

(The temperature now 0°C = 32°F and the expected high come Friday 16°C = 60.8°F)

47 is welcome. It has been in the 20's and 30's in April here about 20 miles east of Atlanta. About 2 weeks ago we were in the 80's.

Ahh, so it's not just me then.

No, not just you. Somehow the US-based source of the data has a 6 day forecast whilst the Bureau of Meteorology only issues 4 day forecasts.... hmmmm....

Yeah, it's bollocks.

Yeah, it's bollocks.

There are global weather models that go out 14 days. They are calibrated and corrected to make sure they work for where they are developed, US, Canada, and Western Europe depending on the model, (though all of them are all corrected to work well over the other two domains.

I don't usually run the widget as it is also wildly innaccurate here. Now it is around 16 C and just starting to cloud over. Been pretty fair for a holiday weekend.
