sorry for the rather noob question. What is the theme i need to install to get a large call button for the dock with 2 apps either side?

im assuming it uses FiveIconDock but what is the theme for the slightly larger call button in the middle?

I dunno I kinda love the NEXUS 1 moving back ground which is cool but love my iphone so I guess I put it togethere. Simple easy and effective
