There is a marketplace but there are two criteria one has to meet to have access to it. Your account needs to be active for 180 days, which yours meets and to have posted 250 messages, which yours has not. Yet.

Yes, there are two requirements both of which need to be met: That you have been a member of the forum for 180 days (six months) and - and the "and" is of equal importance - made at least 250 posts in the forum.
