Posting Images in threads help please.

Hi everyone. How do i post pictures in these threads that i have taken from my iPhone?
I cannot seem to be doing it like the rest of you and i do not know how to do it properly.

Any help will be appreciated thank you

Use an image uploading site (I use imgur), get the direct link in .PNG or w/e format and use the insert photo button.

I did that but it just comes as an x
