iPod touch Posting iPod Touch photos to Facebook

I don't know if that has been asked or answered before, but I can't seem to figure out how I can post the photos I have taken with my iPod Touch on to Facebook. Is this even possible? If there is a way, please let me know.

You can use the native Facebook application or use an external program like Instagram.

Thanks for the tips. The iPod Touch Facebook app made it very easy to download a photo to my Facebook account.
