Potential Bug - Call Divert Icon Disappears After Battery Runs Out

Anyone else noticed this?

Running JB 3.0.1 iPhone 3GS 32GB.

Put my phone on call divert last night when the battery was running low and I didn't have a charger.

This afternoon when I've managed to charge it, the call forwarding icon wasn't showing on the status bar - resulting in me forgetting that it was on for a few hours.

Anybody else experienced this bug?

LOL - from your title I was assuming it disappeared because the screen turned off when the battery died. 😀
