iPod touch Power button is dead, screen is dead, anyway to restore?

Dropped my 4G touch and now screen doesn't work, power button doesn't work either. The only thing that works is the home button. I wanted to restore it or wipe it before I see if I can pay to exchange it at Apple. It has a pass code but when I plug it into iTunes it says enter passcode but I can't as the screen doesn't work respond. Any ideas?

There is no way I can think to get around the Pass Code entering.
