Power Delivery modes supported by Apple 70W USB-C adapter

Apple’s store page for this adapter doesn’t show a pic or, or list, the PD modes supported by the adapter. Does it specify them somewhere else in its site? I can’t find them. Failing that, could someone with the adapter post a photo of the label side of the adapter that lists them?
 
According to the USB-C Power Delivery document, 70W would be 3.5A @ 20V. The adapter should be able to support 5V, 9V and 15V at 3A.
