I actually had rather thought of a tip, by a technician who may have had this problem before. I am technician but somehow I can not find the cause here.

The Macbook is already old and I mean to improve my knowledge. I would like to learn something.

Check the DC in board inside your MacBook. It may have gone. If so it's a readily available part and is inexpensive.

The DC in board sounds likely especially if it was exposed to power blips. Does the Mac start on battery power? Potentially try an SMC reset and if it isn't under warranty try disconnecting the battery and holding in the power button.

Right now I've seen that sometimes the orange lamp blinks while the green light. But mostly just the green light. And both lights are only very weakly.

Probably a bad magsafe board (also called the DC-in board)
    Apple's part number is 922-9176
