Hello, I am having my third power Mac, a 2.5dp lcs and I believe that something is missing… it’s my first g5 with lcs and I am not sure about the missing parts.
1. I believe that is missing the fan with the speaker.
2. Is there a dual fan inlet before lcs?
3. The hdd power sata cables are cut, can I solder with new ? can I split molex from cd-r ? If i deside to change them, i have to disassemble motherboard ?
Any help will be appreciated

Oh yes, you're definitely missing the fan. Definitely do not try and use it without! Not only do you run the risk of overheating even with the LCS, your G5 will likely flip a gasket trying to cool itself using the other fans. Fan is a single piece that slides in and covers about 1/2 of the RAM area. Not sure about the speaker or the molex question, but you should be able to solder new SATA 1 cables. Given the severity of the job, though, you'll definitely need to take the whole board out. Worth doing anyway just to eyeball the LCS. The DP G5s are the worst for leaking, in my understanding. It still happens to the Quad but not as badly.

Thank you 🙏 for the quick answer, i borrowed fans (one in front of the CPU’s and one with the speaker attached) I use a molex splitter and a molex to sata power and the g5 came back to life…low noise fan, no problem at all, I will disassemble the CPU’s to see the lcs unit.

You can split power from the 12v molex going to the cdrom but Apple rescue of Denver has the Exact cable in stock for $10. In my a1117, I have my blue rgb powered off that 12v cdrom rail.

Yes you are missing two fan sections - one in front of the pci slots that includes the speaker and the larger dual fan inlet that blows over the CPUs - pictured below.

Looks like Apple rescue of Denver has everything you need - all $10.00 parts, so quite reasonable pricing IMO. The above pic is actually of my air cooled a1117. Below is an accurate picture of my a1047 inlet fan assembly (slightly different from the a1117) and also matches what is shown on the ARoD website.

Good luck 🙂
