Power Mac G4 not starting up

Made an ATX extension cable into a ATX-MDD adapter with a bit of rewiring. That's pretty much it. Btw does an Apple Cinema Display require a lot of power from the Mac? I had to skip a 25V wire which supplies the video card, but the website said it's fine as long as I don't use an Apple Cinema Display. Does that mean I can use large screen LCDs and standard LCDs with VGA and DVI ports?

Yes as long as the video card can support the required resolution.
