Power Mac G5, Frozen and won't boot up

Hello,
I recently purchased a used 1.8 Single G5 (late 2004). It has been working fine, but took out the GPU, Fan, and RAM to clean in (it was very dusty). Now when I boot it up, I hear 2 beeps (meaning incompatible RAM), and there are no loose cables or anything. It just freezes and the fans rev up. The only thing is that one of the RAM clips is broken (But the RAM still seats fine). Any suggestions?

Is the RAM in the powermac still placed in pairs?
