At some time after the PMG5 was introduced, a company [who's name I don't know] released a product that was an organizer tray that sat on top of the tower between the handles.

Does anyone remember this? And who made it? And what it was called? And where I might be able to find one?

This sounds interesting.

I think I asked several years ago about PPC accessories. I converted in 2006 and remember a lot of stuff for my MB. Now, 10 years later, I can hardly find any accessories for a 13 year old iMac.

I use the top of my G5 for my networking equipment (switch under the rear handle, AirPort Express on top) and the top of my Mac Pro to keep my laptops on. It's a great little cubby for a lot of stuff :)

Ha, I used to stack a bunch of external hard drives on top of my G5 tower.
There's always been something on top of my towers. My old G3 hosted a small collection of books, my G4 had various hard drives and pretty boxes on it, and today the Pro has my laptops. It's always been a handy place to keep things!

OMG I used to always keep Macbooks, and Macbook pros on top of my G5 like that all the time. My 15in 2008s fit there perfectly!
