Hello all,
So i purchased a Power Mac G5 2.3Ghz Dual Core last weekend off CL and started getting part to upgrade (SSD, Ram, video card, Cmos battery, etc). On the original 250GB HDD has some software that I like to move over (Phostoshop CS4 , Acrobat Pro, etc). Any way to find the product keys on these Power Mac's?

Thanks in advance!

There is a free software application which does exactly that, which was made available openly without issue and is still available today and listed on Macupdate. Whether you can still get the old version that worked on Tiger upwards is another question. I found it useful back in the day for retrieving the serial number for some small applications I had bought or won via bundles and for which I had lost the keys. These days I use a login manager to keep my software keys so haven't needed it in years. Given the mod's note, you are going to have to do your own research although this application isn't an illegal hack or crack per se.

The Internet Archive page for that application lists a Leopard PPC version, with a link.
