POWER MAX online store Mac good or bad?

I saw on website Power Max that is a lot cheaper than Mac Mall or Best buy. Have any body bought a good or bad expernice buy from them? I do not want to have a dispointment from them if someone recomend me not to. I plan to buy a brand new Mac book Pro Thanks for your time.

They are fine. The ad agency I used to work at bought several machines from them. One PowerMac was DOA and they overnighted us a replacement.

Responsive customer support via email as well.

I'd still buy refurb from Apple though if you can.
