iPhone 15 Pro Max Power on/off Sound Not Working

Is the Power on/off sound working for anyone else on the 15 Pro Max? I loved it on my 14 Pro Max, was actually pretty useful and a nice little touch. The option is turned on in settings and it isnt working for me, even after toggling it a few times.
