Power supply for MBP?

Hello

The outer cable for my power for my mac book pro as come off, I have done some heat shrinking but would like to know where I can buy another one cheap as possible that is genuine, what power I need and any other information required I didn't think off.

My MBP is this MacBookPro5,3 - Mid 2009 15"

I wouldn't trust or recommend any non-Apple battery or charger, due to the number of problems reported with "knockoffs". Also, there is no assurance that non-Apple components will have the same charging technology that Apple uses, involving the battery, the MagSafe adapter and the Mac's logic board. Apple has not licensed its MagSafe adapter technology to any 3rd party. It's not worth risking your Mac to save a small amount of money.
 
So no where sells the apple adapter at a cheaper price like a refurbished one or something?

What W would I need, recommend, 45W, 60W 85W?
