If I buy a Macbook Pro in USA can I buy an Australian powersupply (instead of using a chunky converter) to use when I get back home? Or are the computers built differently?? Thanx
All you need is the australia-appropriate little plug bit that attaches to the power adapter. The complete international set costs about $40 US from apple.
For the traveler, charge your iBook, MacBook, MacBook Pro, PowerBook G4, or iPod from most electrical outlets around the world with a set of six power adapter AC plugs designed to fit your portable power adapter.
