Anybody having problems? They toke the $$ on my credit card but they didn't ship anything. It's been a week ...

Ordered two Air Jackets for the 5s on Sunday, Sept. 22 and have not received my order yet.

My initial payment wasn't accepted due to a glitch in their system, so I had to resubmit my payment last Friday. Payment was accepted and card charged. I was told that my order would ship out "soon" last Friday, but when my order still said "processing" yesterday, I emailed them.

So I was told yesterday that my order was shipping out, however it still says "processing" today. I'm hoping they just aren't good at updating their system with tracking numbers.

Keep emailing them and you might get lucky. I complained enough and received a $20 gift card/code for my troubles. Kudos to them for making things right, but this crazy long wait is rather absurd considering there were 80+ units in stock when I ordered.

Ordered the Clear Air jacket this morning when I saw it was out of stock, I called them up and said What up!?

They said they've been back logged (sounded like their site just got hit with a ton of orders and they couldn't keep track of demand so they threw up "out of stock" on the item to hold people off) but the rep told me mine will ship today!

Just received a tracking number :D

Sorry about it being out of stock. I bought the last Clear one this morning. It said (1 left in stock) when I ordered. It was shipped this afternoon.

Power Support orders

Well, I ordered my two clear air jackets a week ago and it still says preparing for shipment. I emailed them five times with no response. I called and it's a voice mail... very frustrating.

Count me in as another one who had issues. As trife said, they've had issues with the processing system, although there's no excuse for the non-existent customer service. What I'd recommend if you're not getting through is to go to their Facebook page and leave a comment, or e-mail tim@imagemediapartners.com. It took me sending a lengthy e-mail to the latter to get my order shipped, which finally got here, yesterday.

No, seriously, I have no idea. But I read someone complaining about not getting their order shipped on the Power Support International Facebook page, and the person who runs the page gave the customer their personal e-mail address. I saw it, tried it, and that's the only way I was able to get a response.

I ordered my PS Air jacket clear from the powersupportintl website Sunday night (22nd), did not see any updates, and emailed them with no response, however i received my package on Friday (27th). I payed extra for 2 day USPS priority, and got it kinda late.. lol but as of right now the website still says "Processing" so you can't really count on what the website says.

I found out amazon is selling them too, so they ship faster if you're thinking of buying one of these.

Are you calling the right number? Because after I ordered mine this morning I called to confirm how long the shipping take. I got connected right away. The case shipped this afternoon. And actually, she called me back this afternoon to confirm it shipped.

You definitely shouldn't be getting no the preparing for shipment message after a week. Mine shipped in four hours after ordering.

I sent another email today and called and left a detailed message. No response.., Mark my word, NEVER will I order from this company. I'm waiting for my credit card statement to come in next week and I'll put a complaint in to reverse the charge.

Keep on trying to call. Someone will eventually pick up. I was able to order mine and get mine shipped today and they upgraded my shipping fed ex. I know it may seem tiresome but keep on trying and they will make things right.

Here's the thing though--why should a customer have to nag and nag and nag a company to assist them with providing pertinent info?!

It IS tiresome, regardless of whether or not they make it "right" in the end (at this point, I have no desire whatsoever to utilize the $20 gift code they gave me). Why should I have to email them AGAIN today after my order didn't show up? All I want to know is when I should be expecting my order, as I was told last Friday that it would ship "soon". I was also told that it shipped out Monday. So which is it?! A simple as hell email with a tracking number would solve ALL of this for me. But they refuse to communicate like a good business should.

If I don't have my cases or an email showing that my order was indeed shipped by Friday, I'm definitely calling my credit union to reverse the charges. My time is better spent making that one phone call instead of trying to hunt down a customer service team that doesn't exist.

I have dealt with a few case companies for accessories and they're definitely up there ... with the worst of them.

I ordered mine before launch so it would be there waiting when I got the phone on that Friday.

I will say, I was disappointed in the quality this time around. It has a wavy appearance to the crystal screen protector which reminds me of the Zagg crap.

Luckily, there's no perceivable slowness in my finger gliding across it. But the wavy glare is annoying.

I ordered the Air Jacket - Clear for my new Gold iPhone 5S this past Tuesday morning. The case just arrived 2 days later this Thursday afternoon.

Just received it ! Great case but doesn't take away that their communication sucks ...

Just got mine. Only took 2 days. Made in Japan with lots of japanese writing. Even the paper raper screams quality. Im holding off until apple gets the gyro issues sorted out as I do not want to install and have to exchange my phone. Once I get a 5S with no issue I will install.
