This appears to be a recently-released bumper from Power Support that's currently only available in Japan. It looks pretty awesome, but that's just me.

I've contacted Power Support USA to ask if they plan to bring it over to the US. Hopefully the news is good! You can find more pictures of the silver bumper at this Japanese review (which is glowing as far as I can tell).

EDIT: The bumper is set for release on May 25 through Power Support USA.

Looking at the Japanese review the OP posted, it looks really slight, but the lay-on-table design is there. Probably not good for the bumpy, gravelly, or curved tables I guess...
