Powerbank for 12,9 iPP?

Is there an external Powerbank Charger that outputs enough juice to power the 12,9 incher while in use and with full brightness?

1.) This is quite large and has USB-C connectivity (For USB-C to lightning cables).
2.) This one is about 30% bigger but does not have USB-C
