I have an odd issue with my Powerbeats Pro. I purchased them in 2020. They are charged up to full 100% in the case. Start playing, after about 20 mins left side shuts down like low battery. If I put it in the case for a few moments, iPhone says its at 96% and I can put it back on and start listening again for about 10 mins, then it repeats the same issue. I can do this ten times and it keeps on playing I did a rest by holding the charging case button 10 secs but that didn’t fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
I had an issue where one of the ear buds of my Powerbeats Pro would often have a flat battery.
I eventually realised it was the ear/arm/hook adjusted to a point where when the case was closed it was lifting ear bud off charging contacts.
A quick adjustment and I’ve not had any issues since.

Have this issue too. Definitely sometimes it is one EarPod not seated well in the case. But also, as OP describes, even when evenly charged to 100%, I get that same weirdness. Mine are about 3 years old and I suspect that it is related to battery health in the earbuds themselves. Not sure if there is a way to check that like on an iPhone. In any case, thinking of getting new batteries installed at the Genius Store.
