Hello all,

Had my original pair of PBP's die about 2 months ago (would no longer power on).

Today, the replacements started refusing to connect to my PC and iPhone. They will show as paired for a split second and disconnect.

I followed the instructions to reset them to re-pair, but instead of getting a pulsing white light to indicate they were in pairing mode, I get a pulsing red light... and the case no longer seems to respond to anything.

Any ideas?

Hello Brien,

Quick thought: Have you used Forget Device, then paired again? From support.apple.com:

  1. Disconnect your Beats product.
    • On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the
      i
next to the name of your Beats product, then tap Forget This Device.
    • Pair your Beats product again.

      Hope this helps! Best, KM

Yeah, that wasn't helpful. Thanks for copy/pasting Apple's FAQ though.

I did figure it out - this new 'automatic switching' does NOT play well with PC's. Turned it off. No more issues.
