Hi. I have PowerBook 140 with some problems.... not starting gong sound. No booting. Hdd start after push reset button. Please, help me

If there is no startup come or error tones. Have you checked the capacitors for leaking and the PRAM battery?

So far I've had several Macs with the same symptoms. Each needed to be recapped.

I replaced pram 3v battery. Replaced capacitors contrast.

Did you just do the ones for contrast. What about all the other electrolytic capacitors?
