Powerbook battery question

Will a 12 inch battery work in a 15 inch powerbook? I know it sounds stupid, but I really dont know
 
If you find somewhere that lists the battery specs and they are all the same then yes, i would think you could.
 
No, it will not fit. Sorry, but the batteries are very different. You can see that from the size difference.
