I have two g3 powerbook on my hands to fix, one works excellent, with the exception of the battery blinking, but holding zero charge, it works from outlet only. the other is a wallstreet i belive, and although it boots, after a white/gray screen a File symbol is on the screen, and the boot goes no farther. I believe this would be due to the hard drive. I have a small 6 gig working drive around and i would love to get both of these working.
The hard drive is from an old pc, is the drive compatiable, and although i know how to replace the drive, how can i install an operating system on this beast. can os x run, its 300mhz or less.
