Powerbook G4 1.67Ghz White spot with black spot appearing around it

Some of you may have seen my thread about the White Spot on my Powerbook g4 1.67ghz 15". Well, now I have a big black spot appearing around it. Is this a bad sign, and has anyone ever seen this before?
