I have a 1.33ghz 12" G4 Powerbook, about 5 years old. I've upgraded the RAM to 1.25Gb and the hard disk to 250Gb (about 2 years ago).

If I stream video(eg youtube) from the internet the cooling fan starts up and a short while (within a minute) later the computer goes to sleep. I'm not sure if this is a result of age or if its a malfunction with the hardware/cooling fan. It only seems to be prevalent when streaming from the internet.

does anyone have any ideas or advice?

Thanks

Andrew
