Finally the Powerbook is running 100%. What i did was, first i removed the thermal sensor form the trackpad. Then it didnt hibernate for a couple of days, but then it started again.

Then i read something about the light sensor in the right corner just above the powerbutton. I cut it off and now the Powerbook has been running fine for a couple of weeks. That did the trick.
 
Ah thats great. Glad everything worked out in the end. I've also learned a thing or two about Powerbooks. Hah.

Great thing when everything if working and dont have to worry about buying a new Mac ;-)
