Powerbook G4 - OSX 10.3 Install Quick question

Selling my powerbook, its running 10.5 right now, but I'm formatting it with 10.3 so I put disc 1 in (cd version) and clicked the install thing, it told me to restart and now it just sits at the boot screen (white background and the apple). I can't eject the cd when i press the eject button. Is there something im doing wrong? Do i need to hit a certain key or something?

If your Panther disk is still in the drive, just shut the machine down for a few seconds. Boot her up holding the c key and do your business.
