Resolved PowerBook G4 Titanium (TiBook) Battery

Greetings interwebs, I recently acquired a TiBook (1.0 GHz, A1025) and I am pretty excited to get this up and running. I have read a lot about these PBs, but one piece of information I can't seem to find is the battery model number that goes with this specific model. I have seen a range of TiBook batteries on eBay and other markets with model numbers including: M8511, M6091, A1012, M8244, and a few others.

My question is, which of these go with the TiBook A1025, or are all of these compatible? I am guessing they are all compatible, but I wanted to be absolutely certain before purchasing. Probably a simple/dumb question, but I can't seem to find that information anywhere.

Here's the genuine article, from my 1.0 GHz TiBook:



If you take a close look, you'll see a couple of Apple part numbers: A1012 and 825-5897-A. There probably was also a Mxxxx number, but I don't see that anywhere on my TiBook battery. I'm pretty sure that despite any variation in model numbers of TiBook batteries, they're interchangeable. They all have the same connector, all are 50 watt-hour, and all originally provided up to 5 hours of use. Hope that helps.

Great, thanks! This helps a lot. Based on that A1012 model you have here, and the M8244 model @RogerWilco6502 is indicating above, it would seem that these batteries are, indeed, interchangeable.
