Hi, I have a TiBook G4 800 MHz DVI that has a broken lcd/hinges. Is it possible to "transplant" everything inside over to any non-working DVI model? Also if it's possible, is there anything I should watch out for? Thanks!

What are you trying to transplant? The board etc ?

Everything inside. And I mean take everything out of the broken one and replace it with everything in mine.

Why go through all that trouble when you can just replace the hinges on your original one? Unless the case is all beat up and you want something "new" looking? But yeah you can swap your good parts with any of the DVI Titanium Powerbooks. The earlier ones were VGA and the back port side was different.

My case is almost perfect but breaking the hinges cut both lcd cables on the right hinge. That's why want to do this.
