Powerbook NOT recognizing blank CD's...

My Powerbook reads and imports CD juuust fine. Software/Music CD's show up in finder/desktop/iTunes no problem.

When I put a blank CD into my external drive or the built in drive I get nothing! I've tried a few different types/brands all with no luck.

What's wrong?

Try formatting the CD first..... I am not sure this will do it but you may get lucky. I had an issue last week when I went to drag a file from my desktop to the cd and I watched it for 20 minutes "Preparing CD" and nothing happened. I'll try working with it again this weekend.
Also try posting on Apple Discussions under the Powerbook forums there is a Gent names Cornelius whom really knows his stuff!😀
