powerbook ram in ibook g4 ?????

is it possible to use a 1.25ghz 15 inch powerbooks pc2700 sodimm ram in a ibook 1.33ghz 14 inch pc2100 ram slot ???

(Don't quote me).
I'm fairly sure that this is doable, and the PC2700 RAM will "clock down" to work in the PC2100 spot, although I'd know for sure before trying it, but I believe this is possible.

(Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Most of the time it will but there are certian RAMs that will only work in the specified speed slots. It might but then it might not. To know for sure you would have to contact the manufacturer and see what they say about it.

its apple certified hynix and samsung ram but on a side i just discover a very very minor white spot on my new 1.67ghz powerbook arrghhhh
