Powerbooks and Realtors

My wife is thinking about changing professions and becoming a realtor. I would like to get her a Powerbook or iBook for her job, but just out of curiousity... are there any realtors reading this post who routinely use a Powerbook for their job and more importantly is the "realtor software" compatible with Macs?

Check with the local Real Estate Board and see what formats their central software supports. Our local board went with a Windows-only system forcing the Realtors to buy Windows machines. 🙁
