Powered USB-C Hubs and Mac Mini 2018

I have a USB-C hub (4 USB3 ports, HDMI, VGA, ethernet, SD card reader) that I've used to power my 15" MacBook Pro. Is it ok to use such a hub with the 2018 Mac Mini, or will there be some sort of power contention?

It’ll be fine. Power is “pulled” by a device that wants it, and the mini doesn’t “want” power over USB-c
