Then if you look at SNDF 2003 Dallas, Motorola is planning some discussions and sessions to teach people about the 7447/7457 in March. Don't know how that relates back to ship dates for the unit.

Just checked this out could this mean that we may soon see the 7457 in some form on the mac? and if so would apple really bother using these with the powermac since the 970 seems to be on the horizon? so that would mean maybe 7457 imacs 970 powermacs??7457 powerlogic upgrades?? this is going to be a long year!
The schedule looks like it should be perfect for a summer refresh with the 7457 and a MWSFish 970 intro. The 970 comes out sometime in quarter 3, and Apple will need a bit of time to get it in Macs and get enough to meet demand. I would guess we'll get something in the 1.6-1.8GHz range with a 200MHz bus and more cache this summer.
