PowerMac g4 1.25 Ghz overclocking problem (i need default multiplier settings)

i have 1.25ghz mdd
default jumper settings is like first table

now i have jumpers like third table.
about this machine shows 1.58ghz now 😱 and its unstable 🙁
so how i get this f..king 1417mhz 🙁
