PowerMac G5, video cards & Final Cut

I have a dual PowerMac G5 with Final Cut Express installed. Does anyone know if there is any PCIe video capture card that will work with FCE? I will need to capture and output video from/to a patch bay. Do I need to get Final Cut Pro in order to work with any video capture card?

I've been looking at AJA Kona LSe 12-bit PCIe capture card. but the specs only mention FCP not FCE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
