Hi this is an annoying thing to ask because it should be so simple to do in Powerpoint but how do I set the time for individual slides, I can't find the option to do this and performing a google search is next to useless because of the words involved are also basic. Words such as 'time' timing' 'duration' 'office' and such.

Thanks if you can help with this.

Select the slide you want to adjust the timing of and press "Transitions"

It should scroll down to give this toolbar

    Select options

    Then adjust the timing there.

or you could use Slideshow - Rehearse timings, this will record how long you have each slide open for and sets the transitional time to that.

Doesn't matter. This thread has now served its purpose, thanks again.
