Does anyone else have this problem? When in slide show, after a few slides it just sits there for as much as 30 seconds before moving to the next slide. Of course you keep clicking and at some point it jumps ahead 2-3 slides. I'm running a 2016 Macbook Pro with 16GB of RAM. I find it hard to believe that this machine can't keep up with Powerpoint (version 16.16).

I complete uninstalled office and reinstalled and that worked for about 10 minutes. Previous to this I had 16.17 in the beta but that was just as bad. This is killing my presentations to customers so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

PowerPoint 16.15 on Mojave 18A365a, I am not experiencing any issues.

Edit: I updated to 16.16, still no issues.

Why not switch to Keynote? it will open PPT files and save back to PPT - but is much easier to use and will sync via iCloud with iPad / iPhone etc. You can even open / edit it on a browser ( www.icloud.com)

I use keynote daily and work with my own presentations and also presentations from others ( ie windows powerpoint files) and never have any issues editing PPT and sending them back as PPT files.

Pretty cool having all presentations available on a iPhone / iPad via iCloud Drive
