I am trying to save an audio file with the presentation. I've had no luck with doing it though... powerpoint is only linking to the file, not saving it within the powerpoint file. How can I save the audio within the powerpoint file? It is a three miniute long mp3 file (format is supported).

I do this kind of thing a lot because I use video and audio in my presentations. And what I always do now is create a new folder and put all my files in that folder to use with that presentation. So when I change presentations, if the topic is different, I create a new folder and copy all the media files I will use (again) into THAT new folder. I used to do "pack N go" with the PC but still found it unreliable sometimes. I like to have all the files with me on my flash drive just in case . . . I hope this helps!
