No matter what I do on both my lines, I keep getting to the confirm carrier spot and can't get it to confirm our Verizon carrier. Called Apple and they said Verizon is having issues.

Anyone else experience this and know the fix?
 
It took me several tries to get it to work but it finally did on the 5th or 6th try.
 
My iPhone is on a business account but I have a separate personal line through Verizon (that I use to get the phone on IUP). Once I get the new phone I activate then swap the business account sim in. I had to remove the SIM card before opening the apple store app because it was auto filling the business account phone number. Once the sim was out I was able to enter my personal number in the app and got it to go through.
