Pre-order gone wrong and AT&T won't take calls

    I ordered mine this morning and got an order number and everything but it says that my credit card information was wrong and that my order won't be processed until I call them.

    I keep on calling the number and I am told to enter my order number and to wait 5 minutes for the next representative. Then it says that i've reached AT&Ts voicemail box and to leave a message.

    REALLY? They should be more prepared. I am very aggravated with everything that is going on right now.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    :mad: this is a TOTAL MESS folks. :mad:

    ATT reps are no longer giving any answers. I was told there is a situation at this time and that I would need to go DIRECTLY INTO AN ATT STORE to see if it will be possible to pre-order. And she left it at that and apologized.

    I'll be going to the store in a little bit but I have a feeling there will be no pre-ordering done today... :(

    Well that's not a good sign of things to come.

    As well as the other posts of people saying that AT&T have already declared back order (if they are to be believed) this is a fun day for everyone!
