Just came back from BestBuy, never preordered with them before. I choose in store pick up. If you did that they said they would call me on Thursday to set up a time to pick it up on Friday. At least that is what they are doing at my BestBuy

I pre-ordered for curbside pickup on Friday..... I did this for the 12 pro and ultimately ended up returning it due to the battery, but was in the parking lot for less than 5 minutes and on my way.

Thanks for the info. I don’t have a Best Buy close to my home, so I choose the ship to home route. It still shows in Pre-order status so we will wait and see.

They called me and set up an appointment to pick my Pro Max up.
