Will there be a limit to how many Apple Watches a person can pre-order?

Me and two family members all want to order them with the same credit card.

You think it will be possible to order 3 of them?

I see nothing listed about it ... which surprises me. I expected to see a limit of 2 or 3.

Sure it will be, it's the new hot tech that tons of people want and will be in very limited supply for the first few months.

Is that if you go to Apple and wear a fancy dress outfit, or wear one whilst ordering verified by FaceTime? :p

For any new device that might be in short supply it should be one per customer. Why should anyone who wants one for personal use have to miss out because some greedy toe rag wants to order more than one for personal profit and because they are ordering for someone else who is too lazy to order for themselves
