Pre-order using two different credit cards?

For anyone who pre-ordered their iPhone 4 online, do they give you the ability to say.. pay $190 on one credit card and pay $10 on the other? Or does the carrier just put the total amount on your next bill with your first month of service?

I have a question about the billing. When you pre-order for a home delivery, how does it charge you? Do you have to pay at that moment? Does it charge your card when you order or when it ships? Does it debit the phone bill?

Ah another question, does it bill the credit account associated with your Apple ID? Or can you type all of that in manually?
