pre-order with upgrade online or via phone?

title asks it all. I want to pre-order the new 4G/HD using my upgrade. My current iPhone (3G) is my first and only one, so i dont know how the upgrade with pre-orders works. Should i use the AT&T website to pre-order with my upgrade, or do i use the Apple website? If i want to call and pre-order with my upgrade do i call AT&T (if so what phone number) or do i call Apple (what phone number)?

Yeah, how do we pre-order on the 15th? Phone, web, store? Apple or AT&T (I assume the latter if it's an upgrade).
